Our Story
Founders Pamela Driver & Sarah Voigt Pritchard “opened PIP’s doors” for business in October 2022 while concurrently acquiring Retirement Solutions of Barre, VT. PIP’s acquisition provides a succession plan for founder, Victoria Sanderson, who will continue to work for PIP. In November 2022, Dave Antonioli joined PIP as a third partner contributing over 20 years of retirement plan administration expertise. With Vicki and her team on board, PIP has 75+ years of combined experience enabling the team to provide clients with reliable plan administration and compliance, top-notch plan consulting and plan design.
Pam is delighted to lead the PIP team as CEO providing leadership for the company in close coordination with Sarah, Dave & the Board of Directors. Pam draws on 25+ years of retirement plan expertise, formerly as a financial advisor, in working with businesses small & large alongside PIP’s essential network of partners: advisors, accountants and recordkeepers.
Sarah, PIP’s COO, brings over 11 years of retirement plan administration and consulting experience. She is passionate about the client experience and providing exceptional customer service. In addition to plan administration and compliance, Sarah focuses on collaborating with financial advisors and CPAs to customize retirement plan programs for local businesses of all sizes.
Dave is a 23-year veteran plan administrator with a specialty working on Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) among other retirement plan types. In addition to his work as CFO, Dave will manage some of PIP’s largest and most complex plans, as well as train and mentor staff.
