Our Story

Founders Pamela Driver and Sarah Voigt Pritchard opened PIP’s doors in October 2022, alongside the acquisition of an established Barre, Vermont retirement plan administration firm—creating a strong foundation of experience, relationships, and continuity for clients. Shortly thereafter, Dave Antonioli joined as a partner, bringing more than two decades of retirement plan administration expertise. Today, PIP’s team offers more than 75 years of combined experience, enabling us to deliver reliable plan administration and compliance, thoughtful consulting, and customized plan design for businesses of all sizes.

Pamela Driver serves as CEO, leading PIP with a collaborative approach alongside Sarah, Dave, and the Board of Directors. With over 25 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, including her prior work as a financial advisor, Pam partners with organizations of all sizes, collaborating with PIP’s trusted network of advisors, accountants, and recordkeepers to deliver cohesive, strategic retirement plan solutions.

As Chief Operating Officer, Sarah Voigt Pritchard brings more than a decade of retirement plan administration and consulting experience. She is dedicated to delivering an exceptional client experience and works hand-in-hand with financial advisors and CPAs to design tailored retirement plan solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Dave Antonioli, PIP’s Chief Financial Officer, is a seasoned plan administrator with over 20 years of experience, including deep expertise in Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs) and other complex retirement plan structures. In addition to overseeing the firm’s financial operations, Dave manages some of PIP’s largest and most intricate plans while mentoring and developing team members.

Together, the PIP team is committed to helping organizations build and maintain retirement plans that support their employees’ financial futures—while delivering the expertise, responsiveness, and personal service our clients rely on.
